To retrieve a backup in Notes & Reports:
1. Find the note or report on the todo list 2. Click the checkbox for the document you would like to retrieve 3. Click "Edit" 4. Click blue "Backups" button in upper right-hand corner 5. Click the second button (button under "Working Version") to retrieve the most recent backup 6. Click "Save Note/Report" Important things to note: ClinicNote automatically backs up Reports every 3 minutes. You can retrieve your work when you lose it for the following scenarios: computer dies, accidentally hit refresh, lose internet access, ClinicNote outage. If you start a new note or report and work on it for less than 3 minutes, you will not be able to retrieve it because the backups feature begins after 3 minutes. To add New Quantitative Data Field:
