If you were logged out while working on a note, form or report:
1. Log back into ClinicNote
2. Look at the top of the Todo list for your item
3. Click Edit to continue working
4. If your note, form or report is not on the Todo list, click Client List
5. Find the name of the client
6. Click View Notes, View Reports, or Forms to find your item
7. Items appear in the Client List by Session date (most recent at the top), not by date modified .
8. If you still cannot find your item, click on the folder icon to open folders in Note, Reports and Forms
