If you don't see a client's name in the Client List, click the "Clear" button in the upper right-hand corner to clear any previous searches.
If you still don't see the client's name, that means you do not have access to their file. Contact your clinic director to request access to that client.
Important thing to note:
If your clinic is restricted based on the schedule, you will have access to any patient you are scheduled with until midnight the day after the appointment.
