From Main Dashboard 1. Click “Contact Notes” in the upper right-hand corner of the dashboard 2. Click Client’s name 3. Click “New Contact Note” 4. Describe the action you took – email, call, voicemail 5. ClinicNote will record the date and your name From Client List 1. "View Client List" 2. Click Client's name to expand 3. Click "Contact Notes" on the right-hand side 4. Click “New Contact Note” 5. Describe the action you took – email, call, voicemail 6. ClinicNote will record the date and your name From Attendance Screen 1. Click an appointment in the scheduler. 2. Click “Edit current occurrence” 3. Click the orange phone icon to open Contact Notes 4. Add a new contact note by clicking the green “+ new contact note” icon in the top right corner. 5. Describe the action you took – email, call, voicemail 6. ClinicNote will record the date and your name EDIT Once in Contact Notes, you will only be able to edit your own "note." Just click the blue edit button. Once in Contact Notes, click "Download/Print All" and it will open a PDF in a new tab. Hover cursor in top right-hand corner to download or print. This list can be viewed by anyone with access to contact notes and that specific client. Comments are closed.
