Use Contact Notes to keep track of when you have spoken to or tried to speak with a client.
1. Select “Contact Notes” in the upper right-hand corner of the dashboard.
2. Select the Client’s name.
3. Click “New Contact Note”
4. Describe the action you took – email, call, voicemail.
5. ClinicNote will record your name.
This list can be viewed by anyone in the clinic with access to contact notes. This assures that everyone can be on the same page as to what has been communicated to a client or guardian.
