When you click on the Users tab in the Admin Panel, any Clinical Administrator's names will not be listed. The user tab is a place for admins to edit user permissions for supervisors and students. Since admins already have access to all the modules, their names are not listed.
Do not click the Add User button to add yourself in if you are an admin. You and other admins already have access so you do not need to take any further actions.
Write something about yourself. No need to be fancy, just an overview.
