1. Click the check box to select line items 2. Click “Create Superbill” 3. Adjust the fees 4. Click “Save” 5. Click “View Superbill” Create Invoice 1. Click the check box to select line items 2. Click “Create Invoice” 3. Adjust the fees 4. Click “Save” 5. Click “View invoice” Manually Create Claim 1. Click the check box to select line items 2. Click “Manually Create Claim” 3. Adjust the fee associated with the CPT code(s) 4. Click “Manually Create Claim” 5. Click on the horizontal area of that claim item 6. Click “View Manual Claim Form” 7. Print as necessary Electronically Submit Claim 1. Click the check box to select line items 2. Click “Electronically Submit Claim” Important things to note: You can batch submit claims by selecting line items with the processing status of “Ready to Submit” and use the check marks to the left-hand side of the billing module to make your selection. You can view any old Superbills, Invoices, and Manual Claims in the blue “View Client List” or by clicking in the horizontal area of the claim item to view a list of options. Comments are closed.
