From Main Dashboard
1. Click into the "Manage Client Goals" Module
2. Select your Client
3. Click and hold the 4 arrow icon next to the goal you would like to edit
4. Rearrange client goals as necessary
5. Click the green save button in the bottom right
Important things to note:
When moving goals around, the large blue highlight means the goal is set to a long-term goal. If the highlight is smaller and does not take up the entire line, then it is set to a sub-goal.
The order the goals appear in the goal manager will match the order of the goals in the SOAP note and in any populated goals in the Reports module. If goals are appearing out of order in your soap note, rearrange them here in the goal manager and they will reflect that order in your soap note in the Goal, objective and assessment sections.
After rearranging goals, make sure you click the green save button.
