1. Click the Schedule tab. This tab sets up the scheduling preferences for labeling rooms or events according to your clinic. You must set this up prior to using the schedule.
2. Click “Add Room” and type different rooms/locations for giving therapy. (If you do not add any rooms, see schedule directions for how to view by therapists not room.)
3. Click “Add Event” to create a new event category. To edit the Event titles and color, click “Edit” and click on color to change. These “Events” will show up as options in the schedule.
