From Main Dashboard 1. Click "Forms" 2. Click template name 3. Click client name From Schedule 1. Double click on event 2. Click "Edit current occurrence" 3. Click the blue "Form" icon 4. Click template name from the dropdown menu 5. Click "Save" From Client List 1. Click "View Client List" 2. Click blue "Forms" button next to the client name 3. Click the green "New Form" button in the upper right-hand corner 4. Click template name from the dropdown menu EDIT From Todo list 1. Click checkbox next to the form name 2. Click blue "Edit" button 3. Make your edits 4. Click "Save Form" From Client List 1. Click "View Client List" 2. Click blue "Forms" button next to the client name 3. Click blue "Edit" button next to the form name 4. Make your edits 5. Click "Save Form" 1. Click "View Client List" 2. Click blue "Forms" button next to the client name 3. Click the checkbox next to the form name 4. Click "Download/Print Selected Items" 5. In the new PDF window, click the "Print" icon in the upper right-hand corner Comments are closed.
